to our facilities as well as functions as a full featured web shop where you
can browse through our products (cars and car parts), select the items you want,
and order them from us with full confidence that you shall be provided our

we explain the terms of use of this website and the way business is conducted

Due to the nature of our business, sometimes things get sold out very quickly.
We may run out of a certain item and not be able to replenish our stock as
quickly as our customers demand. Therefore when you place an order online, we
may not be able to supply everything you have ordered. For this reason we make
no promises that we will actually supply everything you have ordered. We will
try our best, however. In any case, as soon as we receive your order, we will
let you know the position, that is whether or not we are ready to ship your
order. We will charge you before we ship. If we can't ship, we won't charge.
If you cancel your order, we will charge you a 25% restocking fee. Thats the
way we do our business and we are telling you up front. Before you place an
order, please make sure that the items you are going to order are exactly the
size and specification of what you need. If in doubt, do not hesitate to call
us or email us. Our experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly technicians are
standing by 24/7 to provide every help, support or service you may need.
Before you place an order, you are required to register and provide us with
your personal information including your address, your contact phone number and
email address, and your credit card information. As you will appreciate
and understand, this is a necessary step to complete a business transaction.
It is however your responsibility to make sure that the information you provide
us is 100% accurate and complete.

We will charge your credit card before we ship your order. Our
responsibility ends once your goods are shipped. You have the option
to get the shipment insured, but there will be a charge for it.
